About ACERair
How ACERair started
Lee Wiseman began ACERair (AcerTech in those days) in 2010. In essence, he was a subcontractor (for some pretty big companies) and built his reputation by doing jobs others wouldn’t go near. Lee knew his stuff – refrigeration, electrical, controls and sheet metal – thrived on challenges and produced the goods. He was also likeable and dependable. Pretty soon, ACERair was getting more repeat business and more referrals. It needed more Lees.
And so that’s what happened. Lee employed people he knew were on the same page as him – had a positive attitude, were good at problem solving, and who were also likeable and dependable (which we are).
What We Offer
Design & Installation
ACERair handle large and intricate installations daily. We have an intimate knowledge of Air Conditioning systems and are adept at design. We’re also excellent problem solvers but our greatest asset is the way we work – we are hands on, approachable, easy going and responsive. We take a collaborative approach to each job because we like working with people. When everyone’s on the same page, the process is far more efficient, saving time and money.
Commercial Projects
We offer a complete design and construct service for new fit-outs. For new builds, we can work with your architect to design the most cost-effective system. For existing structures, we conduct a complete energy audit and design a new system (which may just involve replacing the existing units). In everything we do, our aim is to achieve optimum results at the most cost-effective price.
Maintenance & Repairs
Like anything mechanical, Air Conditioning systems require regular maintenance and repairs. ACERair offers a wide range of service schedules (depending on your system requirements and legislation) so the air keeps flowing cleanly and efficiently, preventing major issues. We service a wide range of industries including: schools, medical, hotels, pubs, offices, childcare, aged care, pool centres and businesses, who all benefit from our thorough and cost-effective servicing plans. Our maintenance schedules include 24/7 response, should something unforeseen happen.
