How ACERair started
Lee Wiseman began ACERair (AcerTech in those days) in 2010. In essence, he was a subcontractor (for some pretty big companies) and built his reputation by doing jobs others wouldn’t go near. Lee knew his stuff – refrigeration, electrical, controls and sheet metal – thrived on challenges and produced the goods. He was also likeable and dependable. Pretty soon, ACERair was getting more repeat business and more referrals. It needed more Lees.
And so that’s what happened. Lee employed people he knew were on the same page as him – had a positive attitude, were good at problem solving, and who were also likeable and dependable (which we are).
